Arrest warrant issued to the House

Arrest warrant issued for “MP Pu-at” for raping Taiwanese woman after victim sat drinking at a restaurant in Chiang Mai city center. MP Pu-at talked well and offered to take her to her room before forcing her to rape her. The victim filed a complaint at Chiang Mai city police station.
